Golnesa Monazamfar is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Golnesa Monazamfar. 

She has been representing clients in a variety of complex family law cases since her admission to the State Bar of California in 2013.   Ms. Monazamfar is also certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.  

Ms. Monazamfar has been selected as the Northern California Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024.  A recognition presented to less than 3% of all attorneys in California. 

Ms. Monazamfar is fluent in Persian/Farsi and obtained her law degree from Azad University in Tehran, Iran. While Ms. Monazamfar is licensed to practice law in California, she has extensive knowledge of the Islamic Family Law.

Santa Clara County Bar Association awarded Ms. Monazamfar with the 2017 Barrister of the Year award for her contributions to the legal profession in both a professional capacity, and for her involvement in pro bono and community activities.

Ms. Monazamfar dedicates a significant amount of time to volunteer and community work. She has served as a Trustee, an Executive Board member, Secretary,Treasurer, and as the  President-Elect for the Santa Clara County Bar Association and as a Board Member for the Iranian American Bar Association NorCal Chapter.  Ms. Monazamfar currently serves as Santa Clara County Bar Association’s 2025 President. Ms. Monazamfar is the first Iranian-American to serve in this position.
